The goal of this blog is to provide information concerning the importance of orphan care around the world to engage the next generation to move into a faith that God our father accepts as pure and faultless!
Hey everyone, still waiting for an e-mail from Mikey. He is one of the guys that I will hopefully be working with after I make the move to Luoyang, China. He is currently waiting to here back from the director of the orphanage that I will be staying at God willing, if its okay to have so many foreigners working there. Im asking that you join me in prayer as I await this decision. Im praying that they would see it as a blessing to have us all there trying to make a difference rather than seeing us as a burden. Once I hear from Mikey I will be able to provide further information about what I will be doing in China. Thanks for your patience!
So, I know that not too many people know about my blog yet so its kinda strange writing this because I feel like Im talking to myself, or should I say writing to myself!! Anyways, now that I have become more familiar with the blogging process I am going to keep this updated and try to write at least once a week. As many of you may already know, Im moving to China in January to work with orphaned children! I have started this blog because I want to be able to keep everyone updated in the months prior to moving as I prepare mentally and spiritually and also begin my fundraising that will help make this move possible! I will officially launch my fundraising in the next couple of days, and I will post the letter that I will be sending out on my blog as soon as I finish writing it!
Be back soon,
Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advise.
In the last couple years of my life God has showed me through some awesome people that there is a great need in the world today. There are millions of children that are in need of a loving family!! I believe as a follower of Jesus I have not only a calling but an invitation from my loving heavenly father to join him in a great adventure (to care for these children) that continues to leave me in awe of His perfect and flawless love.
